For detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, Land Registry compliant mapping starts from €399 + VAT.

This includes:

• Property boundary verification against available mapping records

Apartments​

Apartment mapping is more complex than standard house mapping as it requires both a site location map and floor plan mapping that complies with current Tailte Éireann requirements.

Apartment mapping starts from €599 + VAT and includes:

• 1 x 1:1000 Site Location Map

• 1 x 1:100 Floor Plan

• Land Registry compliant apartment mapping package

• Digital PDF and hard copy delivery​

​

Typical turnaround: 3 to 4 working days, with express mapping available.
